Our Mission
Montrose Communities That Care (CTC) is a welcoming coalition that invests with all youth to meet the needs of our vibrant community through collaborative efforts.
What is CTC?
Montrose Communities That Care identify prevention priorities through data. This gives each community the flexibility to address their unique needs and implement proven strategies to address gaps in services and align community-wide.
How Does It Work?
The CTC framework asks communities to begin with a vision of what they would like to see for youth. We then assess what support, policies, and services are needed to realize that vision. CTC is a five-phase, evidence based prevention strategy focused on building and coordinating the capacity of community members of East Montrose County to help our youth to thrive.
